Guild Bank
Guild Bank 2 is used for plat splits
Splits will be for everyone in guild no matter attendence. People over 80% attendence will get 90% of bank total on split day... Everyone else will get the remaining 10% of the bank ammount.
Guild Bank 3 is used for potions, cure pots, temp scrolls, etc.
Guild Bank 4 is for mana's masters and spirit arrows.
There will be a plat reserve in guild bank 4 for use of banners and etc for the guild taken from the splits if need be.

If there is a master that you need and you have good attendance please let an officer know and we will get it out for you. Monitor this frequently specially if you miss a raid there may be a surprise waiting for u in there!
Mana's anyone of raid attendance can purchase a mana from the guild bank at 20p per mana at a rate of 1 per week. You are required to have a 75% attendence or greater to buy mana's. You will get 2 free infusions with the deal as well! If we catch someone selling mana's on an alt that they purchased from the guild bank.... there will be major consequences, guild removal, or dkp deductions. Don't fuck up the experience for everyone else.

ATTENDANCE

To become a raider you need to raid at least 2 weeks prior to being promoted. However promotions are based off performance and leadership discretion.

New recruits are required to fill out the application in the application for membership forum. After app is filled out officers will discuss and perhaps invite to guild depending on a few qualifications. Once the recruit is invited to the guild, they will have a trial run with us for a limited time... time varies based on gear and performance and effort to improve thier character in game. After we see that they have meet our raid qualifications in and outside of raid we will be posting a poll on each new applicant for all members to vote on... this is going to basically used to get an opinion on said applicant. Officers/Leaders will then take them results and info and then vote on it again and decide weather or not they want them full time part time or /G kick... The poll does not mean they will 100% get in guild full time or not, it will be leadership opinion still but the poll will definitly give a large % of the contribution factored in deciding if they are full time worthy or not. ALSO when there is a poll created for said applicant IF a member votes no on applicant, member must give a reason why a no vote was cast.

Raiders need to maintain 75% attendance minimum
Raiders not maintaining 75% attendance in the last 30 days prior, will be demoted to part-time.
Part-time Raiders must maintain 50% attendance minimum to maintain rank.
Part-time Raiders not maintaining 50% will be demoted to casual.
Casual Raiders have no restrictions to attendance, but they are last in line for loot besides alts and SLR

MAINS
10 DKP is earned per night.
10 DKP is minimum bid. 10dkp increments. 5dkp min for runes.
Bid order is as follows:

Raider > (Recruit - Part-time Raider) > Casual Raider > Pickup > ALT > SLR

On officer decision loot may be given to a raider over someone that would like to bid on a piece of loot. This is used as a safe clause to gear someone up that we really need and will be used very rarely.

Recruits and Partime Raiders have the same bid rank in list so they can bid eachother up without going negative.

Recruits can go negative dkp.

Depending by situation, new recruits may have to wait a week for the purchase of gear.
10 Bonus DKP per first kill mob.
250 dkp cap... 2 months worth of dkp
NO DKP SPEND CAP
If there is a tie the winner will be determined by attendence % raided in the last 30 days.
Recruits must bid on loot the same as a regular member. They can go negative in DKP if needed.
If a recruit bids against another recruit, and they are both negative. Whoever has the most dkp wins.

ALTS
Alt loot is plat bids. DKP is not spent on alts. Hardmode Gear/items may be SLR ahead of alts depending on market for items.
30p is min bid for an alt. Bidding is in 5 plat increments.
Maximum of 2 Dedicated alts per person.
DKP alts are decided by officers, in order to apply for the dkp alt membership you need to speak with an officer so that the officers can decide if your alt would be useful to the raid or not.
